Scope

This Referral Policy (“Policy”) governs your participation in the Awesomic referral program.

To participate, users must agree to the terms of this Policy, which becomes part of the Terms of Service. Capitalised terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Terms of Service. 

Referral Links

Referrals are intended solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs. Users are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Users are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.

Users are prohibited from using the referral link to create another account for themselves, activate additional subscriptions for a company already being a customer with Awesomic, or invite themselves to join the platform.

Footer Credit Link

Users may also distribute their referral links via their product (website) along with an Awesomic Footer Credit.

This way users are allowed to share their referral links through their own product, such as a website, in conjunction with an Awesomic Footer Credit. The Footer Credit will be included in the design or developed work as an attribution to the Company for their work. Users may choose to remove Footer Credit any time.

Eligibility

Eligibility for Referrers

Eligible Referrers ("Referrers") include customers who have cancelled subscriptions with Awesomic, current customers with active subscriptions, and registered users without paid subscription.

Eligibility for Referees

Any individual or company can be referred ("Referees"), excluding current active or cancelled users, and those who have already been referred in the past.

Users who have previously cancelled their Awesomic subscription can utilize their accrued referral bonuses upon reactivation of their monthly subscription.

Referral Method

Referrals can be made through the link in the credit line or by copying and sending your personal referral link, available in your Awesomic account, to a potential referee.

The personal referral link can be found in Profile => Referrals section of your personal account page.

Ask the Referee to follow the link and create a new account at https://www.awesomic.com/.

Referral Bonus

Referral bonus (”Bonus”) is available if the following conditions are met:

• the Referee subscribes to a paid plan, as listed on https://www.awesomic.com/pricing, and
• the Referee's account remains in active status for a minimum of 30 days.

Bonuses are only granted for transactions that have been successfully completed, excluding transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds. Bonuses will be credited to the Awesomic account balance as credits.

Referral bonuses shall be as follows:

1. Light Plan - $200;
2. Pro and 1-1 Plans - $500.

The Bonus is credited to both the Referrer and the Referee to their Awesomic accounts, once the terms of this Policy are met.

Bonuses are single-use and must be utilized in a single transaction. Any unused portion of the Bonus will not be stored or credited back to the Awesomic account.

Bonuses are non-transferable, non-refundable to the bank card or account, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may only be accounted to the Awesomic account balance as credits.

Any attempts to abuse or manipulate the Policy, as solely determined by Awesomic, may result in the rescinding of Bonuses and termination of the account.
