How many designs do I get in a month?
This depends on the complexity and number of iterations for each task. Every task is different, but we guarantee you will receive daily design updates.
Will I work with the same talent all the time?
Of course. In most cases, your tasks are matched with the same talents to reach visual consistency and the best outcomes. But we can also change the talent by request.
How many revisions of one task can I get?
As many as you need. Our talents send you task updates every business day so that you can stay on top of the progress. Feel free to ask for necessary changes until you are totally happy with the outcome.
Can I add my team to my account?
You can add an unlimited number of users to Awesomic and work on the tasks together. But please note that your team won’t be able to place more tasks than indicated in your plan.
How can I talk with my talents?
Talk with your talents directly in your Awesomic account, or use our Slack integration for extra convenience. You can also schedule a video call with them in your account.
