Filta is an NFT marketplace for face filters, founded by Chris Horne an Emmy and Peabody award winner with deep experience in 3D. He worked at places like Pixar, Oculus (Story Studio), and Facebook (Horizon). Filta’s idea is to give independent artists the opportunity to release limited edition filters that their fans can use on social media and get paid for their work.
Filta has raised a total of $125K in funding over 1 round. This was a Pre-Seed round raised on Aug 31, 2021. And funded by 2 investors: Y Combinator and Orange DAO.
